Account Deletion Instructions for Assalam Academy

You have the right to delete your account and all associated personal data at any time. We offer a manual deletion process that allows you to request the permanent removal of your information.

How to Request Deletion:

1. In-App: Navigate to your account settings within the Assalam Academy app and select the "Delete Account" option. This will prompt you to send an email to our administrative team to confirm your request.
2. Via Email: You may also request deletion directly by emailing us at contact@assalamacademy.com with the subject line "Account Deletion Request."

Processing Time: As this is a manual process, please allow up to 72 hours for our team to review and complete your deletion request.

Data Retention: Once your request is processed, your account will be deactivated, and your personal data will be permanently removed from our active databases, except for data we are required to retain by law or for legitimate business purposes (such as fraud prevention).
